Thick, heavy duty but allows plenty of light. The gaps around the edges are not a problem for me personally. Easy install - I did have a quick question and customer service reached out right away to help. I wear a hat on weekends but during the week that is difficult with work. This shade blocks enough wind to go “hatless” which may be importantly to some. Would purchase again.

Whoever designed this shade is a genius!!! It was the easiest thing to install on any Jeep I've ever owned. The strap used to pull the straps between the roll cage and top worked flawlessly. I can't wait for the warmer weather to get here so we can enjoy the open top without getting sunburn! Thank you!

My wife loves it!! Saw it on a friends Jeep and decided to surprise my wife with one for our anniversary. It looks great, super easy to install and I love that you can install your top right over it!! Would highly recommend!
