Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, order total, and available shipping methods.
Qualifying orders may be eligible for free delivery. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be shown the available paid shipping options at checkout.
International orders ship at a flat rate, which will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may also be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom printed items may require additional processing time and will receive specific communication from our print shop.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Available shipping methods may include standard delivery, live carrier rates, express delivery, and overnight delivery.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include order processing time.
Orders placed with overnight delivery must be received before 2:00 PM EST to qualify for next-business-day delivery. Orders placed after this cutoff may ship the following business day.

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we are able to process a return with a refund of the price of the SPIDERWEBSHADE.
However, we will only be able to complete this if the product is returned within two weeks of its purchase and no damage has been done to the SPIDERWEBSHADE.
