I contacted customer service and sent a few pictures. It was confirmed that I had correctly installed and customer support sent a return form. This is my second spiderweb shade. The first lasted for 13 years . It eventually began to sag in the wind . But we'll worth the money and is an amazing product!
Great product and quality. Installation was a breeze once you get the hang of it. Only issue we had was with the 3m protective tape placement as I followed the instructions on placement. Ended up removing the provided tape and cut some from my own roll. Other than that no issues and it works great.
